Deborah Rafford of Houlton is collecting items to send to our military troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. Among the items she is seeking to send are hand warmers, heavy socks and flea collars. Rafford said soldiers are using the flea collars on their ankles to prevent flea bites on their legs. For more information or to assist, call Rafford at 356-7118.
