United makes magazine’s cover

Being named Marketing Agency of the Month, in Rough Notes Magazine, comes at an opportune time for United Insurance as they continue to strengthen their new brand.

“We take exceptional pride in our new brand and we are excited to share it statewide,” said Chris Condon, president and CEO of United Insurance.

In 2009 United Insurance rolled out its new name. To maintain the loyalty, customer focus and history of each agency, it was important to co-brand using the current agency name along with the primary United Insurance name. After all, some offices opened their doors in years dating back to the 1800s. That loyalty and history was important to the employees as well.

“The term ‘united’ speaks volumes for the way our organization operates,” added Condon. “We have nearly 140 employees and we work together as a team to find the best possible solutions for our clients and their insurance needs.”

United Insurance has gained momentum as a result of the article as well as a cross section of advertising efforts made in 2010. Clear signs are the most recent reports showing the number of hits to their website along with other new business success stories.

United Insurance is comprised of 15 locations throughout Maine and New Hampshire. From Madawaska to Monmouth, Portland to Presque Isle, or Rumford to Rochester, N.H., United Insurance has offices with strong community ties, across both states.
