The Maine-based health, wellness and sports fitness radio talk show, “The Designer Health Net” hosted by Kristé Bouvier and sponsored by Katahdin Valley Health Center, will air their show on Power Lifting on WHOU-FM in Houlton on Sunday, Feb. 7 at 7 p.m.
Bouvier talks with three deeply dedicated participants in this exciting sport. Al Stork, Dave Claroni and Jennifer Thompson discuss what it takes to lift the unimaginable weights, breaking records and pushing the limits of human strength and determination.
