Award supports students in Aroostook County

    The Maine Community Foundation’s Chet Jordan Leadership Award offers scholarships to students from Aroostook, Cumberland, Kennebec and Penobscot counties.
    The award honors students who are achieving their goals despite hardship, adversity or disability. Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate leadership, independent thinking, initiative and hard work in their communities and schools.
    Eligible applicants are graduating seniors at the following high schools: Bangor, Brewer, Cape Elizabeth, Cheverus, Cony, Cumberland, Deering, Falmouth, Gorham, Greely, John Bapst, Katahdin, Portland, Scarborough, South Portland, Yarmouth and all high schools in Aroostook County.
