Kenneth A. Bartelson, 45, Presque Isle: robbery, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary, dismissed (each); assault, four years in prison.
Alan E. Boulier, 52, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gesture, $300 fine; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Chris L. Brescia, 33, Caribou: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
Michael R. Bresett, 56, Van Buren: passing stopped school bus, filed without costs.
Skye Windy Buck, 21, Fort Kent: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and 20 days in jail, all suspended.
Shannon M. Byrd, 41, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail; and criminal trespass, 48 hours in jail.
Bobbie Jo Cameron, 41, Limestone: criminal restraint, three months in jail; aggravated criminal trespass, dismissed; and assault, four months in jail.
Robert E. Caron Sr., 66, Van Buren: protective order from harassment violation (two counts), filed on $250 costs (first) and $500 fine (second).
Robert E. Chamberlain, 39, Connor Twp.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts); criminal mischief; aggravated criminal mischief (three counts); burglary (four counts); dismissed (all).
Jeremy J. Chasse, 25, Van Buren: domestic violence criminal threatening, $500 fine, 30 days in jail and $1,144.60 restitution; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; and assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail.
Philip H. Chasse, 33, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 15 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended, one year probation and $500 restitution (first) and dismissed (second).
Chhiva Chit, 32, San Diego, Calif.: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $2,500 fine, 10 years in prison, all but three years suspended and two years’ probation.
James O. Clark, 36, Wade: operating after habitual offender revocation, two priors (three counts), $1,000 fine, 10 months in jail (first), $1,000 fine, three years in prison, all but one year suspended and two years’ probation (second), and dismissed (third); OUI, $500 fine, six months in jail and 90-day license suspension; violating condition of release (two counts), six months in jail (first) and 48 hours in jail (second); and assault, $400 fine and 48 hours in jail.
Jesse W. Clark, 30, Littleton: criminal conspiracy, $500 fine and 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, five days in jail; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Eric E. Cogswell, 37, Mapleton: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and reckless conduct, $300 fine.
Craig A. Cyr, 21, Madawaska: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $2,500 fine, three years in prison, all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation and $100 restitution; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
David P. Cyr, 44, Sheridan: OUI, filed on $125 costs; and operating ATV under the influence, over 21, filed on $125 costs.
Jessica L. Dama, 22, Newport: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $1,000 fine.
Freeman J. Deabay, III, 39, Ashland: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gesture, $500 fine and three days in jail; violating condition of release and domestic violence assault, dismissed (each).
Derek B. DeMerchant, 23, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in jail and $579 restitution; and violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.
Danny J. Deprey, 26, Fort Kent: theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property, filed on $400 costs.
Nicolas Dionne, 21, Fort Kent: criminal trespass, $100 fine.
Todd A. Doody, Sr., 44, Washburn: theft by receiving stolen property, $200 fine and 10 days in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
Jacob Doucette, 22, Van Buren: assault, filed without costs.
Steve Doucette, 50, Van Buren: assault (three counts), filed without costs (each).
Edward Dunne, 43, New Sweden: probation violation, 15 months in prison, probation revoked.
Nicholas W. Griffeth, 31, Limestone: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine and five days in jail (each); and unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed.
Daniel L. Hedrich, 19, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine, 10 days in jail, all suspended and 90-day license suspension.
Silas D. Hyler, 28, Warren: rule violation, operating after disqualified and rule violation, failing to possess previous seven days status, filed on $200 costs for both counts.
John L. Josserand, Sr., 63, Fort Kent: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Rosemary Kidney, 44, Presque Isle: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.
Richard M. Kinney, 40, Lewiston: assault, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail and $160 restitution; and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
John P. Langille, Sr., 52, Presque Isle: violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed (each).
Deborah Lanier, 39, Deltona, Fla.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine; assault, $400 fine; and violating condition of release, dismissed.
Ashley L. Lopez, 21, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 60 days in jail; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 10 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 18 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation; and assault on an officer, 60 days in jail.
Maranda Mancos, 28, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating condition of release, and theft by deception, 30 days in jail (each); and stealing drugs, $400 fine, one year in prison and $805 restitution.
Adam McBreairty, 42, Allagash: probation violation, 16 months in prison and probation revoked.
