Against Tea Party?

by Staff Aroostook Republican

To the editor:

President Obama asked consumers to be (a) fiscally responsible, (b) pay down our personal debts, and he’s promised to (c) protect the constitution. Those are the three main tenets of the Tea Party.

Why can’t those three principles be applied to the federal and state governments? How can anyone be against the Tea Party?
