Matthew S. Bagley, 30, Easton: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; and violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Robin L. Belanger, 48, Fort Fairfield: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, three months in jail, all but seven days suspended, one year’ probation and three years’ license and registration suspension.
Andrew R. Bellamy, 21, Fort Fairfield: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., dismissed.
Travis Bernaiche, 21, Caribou: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, $500 fine.
Benjamin R. Cain, 31, Presque Isle: operating unregistered snowmobile, $100 fine.
Timothy Carlson, 22, Bangor: ice fishing in closed waters, $150 fine; and entering or remaining in defiance of order, dismissed.
Kyle Stephen Chapman, 23, Presque Isle: driving to endanger, $575 fine.
Clifford Clark, 37, Presque Isle: probation violation, 11 months in jail, all but 14 days suspended, two years’ probation and $65 restitution.
Daniel R. Codrey, 27, Mars Hill: entering or remaining in defiance of order, $150 fine.
Ryan J. Cyr, 23, Mapleton: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, $300 fine; and OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Jacob B. Delano, 24, Presque Isle: ice fishing in closed waters, $150 fine; and entering or remaining in defiance of order, dismissed.

Nichole R. Hall, 23, Mars Hill: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Jeffrey T. Hardgrove, 34, Washburn: assault, $400 fine; and violating condition of release, $250 fine.

Thomas P. Long, Jr., 18, Ashland: operating unregistered snowmobile, $150 fine.
Brian T. Lunney-Winger, 23, Easton: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Duston M. Munsell, 26, Presque Isle: probation violation, 48 hours in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Gary D. Orr, 50, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
Daniel C. Peabody, 36, New Limerick: operating snowmobile left of center, $150 fine.
Matthew A. Perry, 24, Pittsfield, N.H.: assault (two counts), $300 fine and five days in jail (each); disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, 48 hours in jail; and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, five days in jail.
Buddy Robinson, 29, Lewiston: stalking-serious inconvenience/emotional distress, 60 days in jail, all but 48 hours suspended, one year’ probation and 50 hours’ community service; and violating condition of release, $250 fine, 48 hours in jail and 50 hours’ community service.
Justin Rossignol, 19, Woodland: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.

Gary F. Stevens, 26, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one year’ license suspension; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Kenneth J. Tracy, 29, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (two counts), 48 hours in jail (first) and 15 days in jail (second); and violating protective order (two counts), four days in jail (first) and 15 days in jail (second).
