    MONTICELLO – Barbara G. Knapp, 60, died June 8, 2011, with her family by her side in Presque Isle. She was born April 4, 1951, in Houlton, daughter of Harry and Shirley (Wright) Leavitt.
    She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Larry Knapp; two children, Ryan Knapp of Amity and Jennifer Knapp of Monticello; two sisters, Lori Cushing and Judy Leavitt, both of Houlton; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents.
    Graveside funeral services were held 11 a.m. Friday, June 10, at Amity Cemetery, with the Rev. David Tuttle officiating.
