The Caribou Public Library will be sponsoring a book discussion group beginning Wednesday, Sept. 14 from 3:15-4:15 pm. The group will meet monthly and the schedule of books to be read and discussed include the following.
The first book to be discussed on Sept. 14 will be “Touching Spirit Bear,” by Ben Mikaelson; followed by Oct. 12, “Fifth Business,” by Robertson Davies; Nov. 9, “Thinking in Pictures,” by Temple Grandin; Dec. 14, “Old Maine Woman,” by Glenna Johnson Smith; Jan. 11, “Breakfast at Tiffany’s,” Truman Capote; Feb. 8, “Black Like Me,” by John Howard Griffin; March 14, “Winesburg, OH,” by Sherwood Anderson; April 11, “My Only Story,” by Monica Wood; and on May 9, “Dead Man Walking,” by Sister Helen Prejean.
