• Joshua Booth, 20, Fort Fairfield: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
• Kevin R. Bouchard, 42, Lincoln: rule violation, duty status not current, $250 fine.
• Steven Felix Bouchard, 22, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Brien Boucher, 22, Mapleton: possessing fish in violation (two counts), $120 fine (first), $140 fine (second).
• Ernest S. Boykin, Jr., 65, Mapleton: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
• Eugene Brackett, 40, Hersey: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
• Ezra J. Brady, 30, Monticello: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
• Joshua Brian Caldwell, 23, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine; and violating protective order, $500 fine.
• Martin D. Clark, 54, Portage: violating condition of release, $250 fine and five days in jail.
• Scott E. Clark, 37, Ashland: fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size, $120 fine.
• Jon Alan Clayton, Jr., 47, Blaine: violating condition of release, $250 fine and five days in jail.
• Jeromy Cole, 23, Bridgewater: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Matthew K. Cresenzo, 21, Fort Fairfield: furnishing liquor to a minor, $400 fine.
• Richard N. Croman, 54, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, $300 fine and 60 days in jail; domestic violence terrorizing, 60 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
• Darryl L. Currier, 37, Ashland: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Joel E. Dahl, 41, Masardis: operating watercraft under the influence, over 21, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Christopher Davis, 31, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, $200 fine.
• Sabrina A. Decambra, 34, Caribou: domestic violence assault (two counts), dismissed (first), $500 fine and 48 hours in jail (second).
• Jessica Dennett, 23, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (two counts), 20 hours’ community service (each).
• Robert Dionne, 40, Madawaska: possession of fireworks, $100 fine; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Robert W. Dionne, 45, Castle Hill: displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $100 fine.
• Jenna L. Disy, 26, Caribou: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
• Jason R. Doak, 30, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Daryl Doody, 33, Perham: criminal mischief, $150 fine and $194.25 restitution; and criminal trespass, dismissed.
