Looking for answers

To the editor:
    In my opinion, the town needs a town manager and a budget committee of eight or 10 members to develop a budget that we can live with. When you have overdrafts and budget items that double, then the town is in trouble. We have to cut costs! The affairs of the town need to be looked into.
