Grand Jury hands down 47 indictments

    An Aroostook County grand jury completed its first session of 2012 on Jan. 6 and handed down 50 indictments against 47 individuals without any “no bills.”
    Among those indicted were:
    Daniel J. Ouellette, 19, Caribou: burglary, criminal mischief and theft.
    Ryan C. Young, 31, Presque Isle: theft and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
    Robert Hawco, 31, Presque Isle: theft.
    Edna M. Engel, 37, Old Town: aggravated unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs, endangering welfare of a child, furnishing liquor to a minor and allowing minor to possess/consume alcohol.
    Lewis W. McKinney, 50, Presque Isle: sexual abuse of a minor.
    Daniel L. Leavitt, 43, Caribou: theft.
    Christine M. Hart, 27, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violating condition of release.
    Steven F. Bouchard, 23, Presque Isle: theft, violating condition of release (three counts) and operating without license.
    Michael J. Saucier, Jr., 29, Presque Isle: theft, assault and operating after suspension.
    Christopher M. French, 32, Presque Isle: aggravated criminal mischief.
    Jacob L. Weiss, 22, Westfield: aggravated criminal trespass, domestic violence assault and criminal mischief.
    Kyle S. Anderson, 25, Stockholm: receiving stolen property.
    Neil A. Nelson, 41, Stockholm: receiving stolen property.
    Herbert M. Adams, III, 52, Presque Isle: criminal threatening, assault (two counts), unlawful use of license, disorderly conduct and unlawful sexual touching.
    Patricia Caron, 62, Madawaska: theft.
    Michael T. Daigle, 44, Madawaska: aggravated assault and criminal mischief.
    Charles R. Hartsgrove, 24, Madawaska: aggravated criminal trespass and assault.
    Melissa A. Ayotte, 30, Van Buren: acquiring drugs by deception.
    Joseph M. Delvalle, 26, Fort Kent: domestic violence criminal threatening and assault.
    Judy Theriault, 59, Fort Kent: theft.
    Carrol Theriault, 70, Fort Kent: theft.
    Jerry J. Seel, Jr., 42, Van Buren: theft and violating protection order (two counts).
    Kevin A. Makepeace, 31, Stockholm: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (two counts), violating condition of release, possession of firearm by felon, operating after revocation and unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenic drugs.
    James L. Kelly, Jr., 46, Caribou: criminal operating under the influence and operating after suspension.
    Ashley M. Theriault, 26, Caribou: operating after revocation, failing to give correct name (two counts), OUI, aggravated operating after revocation, trafficking in prison contraband and violating condition of release.
    Chad B. Walton, 30, Mars Hill: assault and obstructing report of crime/injury.
    Jessica L. Brown, 29, Caribou: burglary, theft and criminal trespass.
    Amanda L. Adams, 22, Caribou: aggravated assault and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
    Lawrence R. Doody, 55, Caribou: terrorizing, violating condition of release and obstructing criminal prosecution.
    Glen R. Kleinert, 33, Limestone: theft, criminal mischief and violating condition of release.
    Hayley L. Goudreau, 19, Caribou: stealing drugs.
    Kristopher G. Ruest, 30, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and criminal OUI.
    Jordan M. Lincoln, 26, Houlton: burglary (two counts) and theft (two counts).
    David F. McGuire, 25, Littleton: theft, forgery and misuse of ID.
    Nathan J. Swallow, 27, South Berwick: OUI.
    Kayla C. Nason, 22, Houlton: aggravated criminal mischief, unauthorized use of property, failing to report accident, burglary of motor vehicle (four counts) and theft (two counts).
    Paul K. Albright, 36, Houlton: attempted robbery.
    Matthew T. Clark, 32, Houlton: receiving stolen property and violating condition of release.
    Joshua T. Clark, 28, Linneus: theft.
    Reggie A. McGary, 31, Houlton: domestic violence assault, assault and violating condition of release.
    Michael J. Epley, 35, Patten: theft (two counts) and attempted theft.
    Susan R. Rich, 40, Patten: theft (three counts).
    Karla M. Libby, 55, Linneus: possession of oxycodone and OUI.
    Jeremiah A. Drew, 22, Patten: domestic violence reckless conduct, terrorizing and improper plates.
    Scott C. Thomson, 35, Dyer Brook: stealing drugs and violating condition of release.
    Gary W. Roshto, Jr., 43, Crystal: aggravated criminal trespass, unlawful sexual contact, unlawful sexual touching, criminal trespass, unauthorized use and operating after revocation.
    Gary L. Sanders, 57, Linneus: unlawful sexual contact (two counts), assault (two counts) and prohibited contact with a minor (two counts).
