CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of December.

Travis J. Akerson, 30, Caribou: reckless conduct, 18 months in prison.

Stephanie A. Ball, 23, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, dismissed.

Wayne Boulier, 55, Presque Isle: fraudulently obtaining license or permit, $700 fine; and illegal possession of firearm, dismissed.

Zachery B. Corriveau, 18, Caribou: criminal mischief, seven months in jail, all but 90 days suspended, one-year probation and $15,620.24 restitution; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.

Jeffrey E. Curtis, Jr., 26, Castle Hill: probation violation, 20 days in jail and probation revoked.

Steven P. Docekal, Jr., 38, Poland: criminal mischief, 30 days in jail, all suspended, one-year administrative release sentence and $1,775 restitution; and burglary, dismissed.

Joshua R. Doody, 21, Washburn: probation violation (two counts), 16 months in prison, probation revoked (first) and 23 months in prison, probation revoked (second); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary and aggravated criminal mischief, five years in prison, all suspended, two years’ probation and $4,174.13 restitution (each).

Travis A. Drake, 29, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine and 90 days in jail;  unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, four years in jail, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation and 250 hours’ community service.

Sonny A. Drost, 21, Washburn: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.

Katie A. Farris, 30, Ashland: stealing drugs, one year in prison, all but 10 days suspended and two years’ probation; unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $400 fine and 10 days in jail; burglary of a motor vehicle, 10 days in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 10 days in jail (each).

Robert L. Fitzsimmons, Jr., 29, Limestone: OUI, prior, dismissed; aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $1,000 fine and one year in prison; violating condition of release and failing to stop for officer, 90 days in jail (each).

Quinn Harvey, 30, Mapleton: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

Michael C. Hoague, 26, Van Buren: operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, (two counts), dismissed (each).

Eric R. Howes, 26, Washburn: burglary, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and 48 hours in jail.

Nicklas G. Jones, 20, Old Town: manslaughter, 15 years in prison, all but six years suspended and four years’ probation. On Appeal.

Mary Jo Kimble, 53, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $350 costs; aggravated criminal trespass and assault, dismissed (each).

Daniel J. Labreck, 45, Caswell: unlawful possession of oxycodone, $1,000 fine, one year in prison, all but 30 days suspended and one-year probation.

Ricky M. Labreck, 50, Van Buren: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; and failing to make oral or written accident report, $350 fine.

Trevor J. Lewis, 19, Caribou: criminal threatening, $300 fine.

Ashley Lopez, 22, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, four months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

Brian R. McBreairty, 44, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in prison.

Lee Harold Meservie, 46, Charleston: violating condition of release, 60 days in jail, all suspended; theft by unauthorized use of property, 60 days in jail, all suspended; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Michael F. Michaud, 51, Woodland: OUI, prior, $1,000 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.

Dustin Murphy-Moran, 19, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, 15 months in prison, probation revoked; and burglary, 15 months in prison.

Joseph D. Ouellette, 26, Woodland: OUI, prior, $700 fine, eight months in jail, all but 15 days suspended, one-year probation and three years’ license and registration suspension.

John K. Perkins, Jr., 24, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, nine months one day in prison and $250 restitution.

Dana Plourde, 51, Fort Kent: violating protective order, $500 fine and 75 hours in jail; assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, fighting, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.

James K. Shade, 33, Limestone: probation violation, nine months in jail and probation revoked; and domestic violence assault, priors, 12 months in prison.

Amanda Sherman, 33, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, (two counts) and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed (each).

Joshua A. Shrewsberry, 21, Connor Twp.: unlawful sexual contact (two counts), five years in prison, all suspended and two years’ probation (first), five years in prison, all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation (second).

Justin M. Simpson, 31, Presque Isle: reckless conduct, dismissed.

Kevin Thibodeau, 29, Presque Isle: probation violation, two years in prison, and probation revoked.

Jared D. Thompson, 22, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, 12 months in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gesture, 60 days in jail; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Crystal D. Tilley, 31, Fort Fairfield: assault, filed without costs.

Denver Cody Wardwell, 19, Presque Isle: criminal trespass, $300 fine and 100 hours’ community service; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine.

Michael A. York, 23, Presque Isle: probation violation, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

Willie N. York, 30, Mapleton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; attaching false plates, dismissed; theft by receiving stolen property, $500 fine and 10 months in prison; criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $750 fine, four years in prison, all but 14 months suspended and three years’ probation; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, $500 fine, 14 months in prison and $500 restitution; and violating condition of release (two counts), six months in jail (each).
