EASTON — For the second time this year, the Easton Community Fundraising Pageant is sponsoring an event designed to give area youth a safe and fun way to spend some quality time together.

“We’ll be hosting a Spring Fling fundraiser for the Easton pageant, with festivities taking place on April 6 at the Easton Odd Fellows Hall, from 6-10 p.m.,” said Tina Fields, pageant organizer.

Cost is $6 at the door. Space is limited.

“There will be glow products available for party-goers, ranging in price from $2 to $5. Young people are encouraged to come dance the night away, night club style,” said Fields.

A deejay will provide the music, with free food and drinks available for participants.

“There will also be a guys and girls dance-off. Bring your best dance moves for our first ever dance contest,” said Fields.

Winners will receive a gift card and trophy. The event is open to all students in 7th to 12th grade. For more information, call 488-8022.

Due to legal issues, no one 21 and older will be permitted to attend, except chaperones.
