GRAND JURY
The Aroostook County grand jury completed its third session of 2012 on May 11 and handed down 52 indictments against 49 individuals without any “no bills.”
Among those indicted were:
* Timothy M. Bolstridge, 29, Masardis: assault.
* Carroll E. Parady, Jr., 43, Veazie: gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact.
* Darren P. LaPointe, 25, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault
* Robert Dunham, 27, Biddeford: criminal operating under the influence and operating after revocation.
* Jeri R. Nightingale, 28, Mars Hill: theft (two counts), theft of services and violating conditions of release.
* Timothy Layton, 29, Presque Isle: burglary, theft and criminal mischief.
* Dennis J. Clair, 33, Bridgewater: theft.
* Richard N. Croman, 55, Presque Isle: domestic violence terrorizing.
* Jason E. Willette, 36, Caribou: domestic violence stalking.
* Matthew L. Saucier, 27, Presque Isle: theft.
* Craig B. Walton, 27, Presque Isle: burglary, theft (two counts), criminal mischief, misuse of ID and violating conditions of release.
* Katie A. Farris, 30, Ashland: theft (two counts) and violating condition of release.
