    10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Friends and Needles Quilt show at the Houlton Higher Education Center.
    4 p.m. – Touch a truck on Broadway
    5:30 p.m. – Doll and wagon wrangler parade beginning at Chamber of Commerce
    6 p.m. – Juice, cookies and coin scramble in front of library, sponsored by
Buildings Etc. and Machias Savings Bank.
    5 p.m. – Lobster feast in Monument Park. Stuffed baked potato bar and also hot dogs.
    6:30 p.m. – Ted and Boys at Amphitheatre in Monument Park.
Saturday, Aug. 18
    9 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Community Market in Market Square
    9 a.m. – 1 p.m. – UpThere Wood Turners exhibition in Market Square
    10 a.m. – 4 p.m. – Friends and Needles Quilt show at the Houlton Higher Education Center.
    All Day – Sidewalk sales
    9 a.m. – 4 p.m. – Craft fair and Chamber booth in Monument Park
    12 – 2 p.m. – Kids games and a piñata
    Ag Museum set up in Market Square
    Antique vehicles set up in Temple Theatre parking lot
    Book signing with authors at York’s Books
    Hot Diggety Dogs event at Hollywood Pet Salon            Golden Potato drawing
    11 a.m. – 3 p.m. – Ice cream and pie sale at Watson Hall
    9 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Cam Clark juggling exhibition in Market Square
