HOULTON — A new takeout eatery will be coming to the North Road this summer.
On March 25, the Houlton Town Council approved a victualer’s license for Shawn and Denise Campbell, who plan to open The Lunch Box in the parking lot of Paradis Shop N’ Save on 33 Ludlow Road.
The eatery is tentatively slated to be open Thursdays through Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. beginning the first week of May.
“Thank you for doing this and opening a business in Houlton,” council chairman Paul Cleary said.
