Sunday, April 21

    12:17 a.m. – Sgt. Wampler responded to Military St. to assist a citizen.
    2:00 p.m. – Officer Bickford responded to Military St. for an animal complaint.
    2:23 p.m. – Officer Kennedy responded to North St. to check on a disabled motor vehicle.
    6:02 p.m. – Sgt. Wampler responded to Military St. to assist a citizen.
    6:41 p.m. – Officer Drew responded to Ludlow Road to do a welfare check.
    7:24 p.m. – Officer Drew responded to North St. to investigate a motor vehicle accident.

ATVs are not toys!
    Serious injury can result from improper use of ATVs, but with preparation and practice, you can safely develop and expand your riding skills. Riding ATVs can be an enjoyable form of outdoor recreation when done properly.
    Under the age of 18 years, all operators and passengers must wear a protective headgear (on or off your property).
    Ages 10-16 years must complete a training program approved by the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. Check out the web site www.state.me.us/ifw.
    To operate under the age of 10 years, you must be on land which that person is domiciled, or land owned by that person’s parents or guardian.
    Remember to respect all laws and obey property signs.
