HOULTON – Cheryl Ann Clark, 53, passed away Saturday April 27, 2013 at a Boston hospital. She was born September 26, 1959, in Houlton, the daughter of Kenneth and Brenda (Ayotte) Fredericks.
Cheryl graduated from Houlton High School in 1977 and then from Husson College in 1979 with an associates degree in business. She worked thirty-two years at Southern Aroostook Vocational Education and was a sales representative for Avon for twenty-five years. Cheryl loved shopping, going to yard sales, gardening and most of all spending time with her family. She had many friends and had a very kind heart and generous soul.
Cheryl is survived by her mother, Brenda of Houlton; her daughter, Heather and her fiancé, Ryan Matson, children Riley and Cody of Deer Isle; her son, Andrew Clark and his wife, Lacey, their son, Paxton of Hodgdon; five sisters, Cindy Schools and her husband, Kenny of Littleton, Sue Adams of Olamon, Tammy McLean and her husband, Trevor, of Houlton, Cathy Williams and her fiancé, Richard, of Portland, Lisa Krahn and her husband, Stan of Etna; her companion, Rob Faulkner of Houlton; her father-in-law and mother-in-law Randy and Thelma Fowler and family; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her father, Kenneth she was predeceased by her husband, Barry.
Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday May 1, 2013, at the Dunn Funeral Home. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday at Saint Mary of the Visitation Church with the Rev. David Raymond celebrant. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. The family extends an invitation to join them following the burial for a reception in the church fellowship hall.
