The Houlton Parks and Recreation Department will be holding its Halloween Fun Party on Wednesday, Oct. 23 from 5:30-7 p.m. at the Gentle Memorial Building. Preschoolers through grade 4 are invited to attend. There will be games, crafts and snacks for everyone. Children are
encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes to the party. Cost is $5 per child with all the proceeds going to the Community Playground Project. Parents must attend the party with their children. For more information or to sign up, call 532-1310.
