• Tracy M. Tompkins, 45, Ashland: endangering the welfare of a child, 60 days in jail, all but 48 hours suspended, one-year probation; forgery, 48 hours in jail, $450 restitution; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail.
• Zachary Tounzen, 23, Presque Isle: attaching false plates and failing to register vehicle, $150 fine (each).
• Melody A. Trotter, 27, Easton: operating vehicle without license (two counts) $200 fine (each).
