Merle and Rhonda Foster of Linneus are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Callie Rae, to Samuel Dean Picard.
Samuel is the son of Robert and Wanda Picard of Presque Isle.
Callie is a 2012 graduate of Eastern Maine Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Digital Design. She is employed by the Bangor Daily News as a Graphic Designer.
Samuel graduated from the University of Maine at Presque Isle with a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education. Samuel is employed as a Behavioral Health Professional for Providence Service Corporation of Bangor. An August 2nd wedding is planned.
