by Staff Aroostook Republican

A planned power interruption was scheduled to occur at 3 a.m. this morning for New Sweden, Connor, Caribou, Woodland, Perham, Westmanland, Stockholm and T16R4, including Big and Little Madawaska lakes.
Emera Maine crews were planning maintenance for area’s electrical system, and the outage was planned to last about five minutes.
