Morgan is a 7-week-old kitten at the Halfway Home Pet Rescue Adoption Center at 489 Main Street in Caribou. Volunteers say that Morgan is a loving, playful and clean kitten who came from a feral background but really likes people who are kind and gentle with him. Morgan will be adopted with all age-appropriate medical treatments completed, and he will sent home with a neuter voucher for when he is old enough for surgery. Morgan’s adoption fee is $75. To make an appointment to see the pets, call 999-1075. Halfway Home Pet Rescue President Norma Milton said that the rescue is in great need of dry Purina Cat Chow and Purina Kitten Chow. “We have over 20 kittens at this time and over 15 young adult cats,” Milton added. The rescue is assisted by sales made at the Second Chance Thrift Store on 31 Herschel Street, which is open from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Thursday to Monday; the rescue is currently looking for volunteers to help staff the thrift store. Additional information can be obtained by visiting www.halfwayhomepetrescue.org or calling 999-1075.
