    FORT LAUDERDALE, FL and STOCKHOLM – With great sadness, we have to say, that our wonderful mother, Joyce Sodergren Van Trump passed away on April 14, 2015, of a very aggressive form of cancer, which she fought with all of her strength and with utmost dignity.
    Joyce now rejoices in Heaven with her husband and our father, Edwin Albertie Van Trump; her best friend, Doris Niewoehner; her brothers, Linney, Bobby and Ronnie Sodergren; her two nephews, Gary Sodergren and Stuart Carr; her nursing friends and many more relatives and friends.
    Joyce lived in Fort Lauderdale, FL, since 1957 and was born in Stockholm. She was raised on a potato farm in this small Swedish community and loved spending her summers in Stockholm.
    She is survived by her two daughters, Barbara Van Trump Wadsworth, Trish Van Trump Watson and her son-in-law, Tom Watson; two sisters, Evelyn Moran (Evie) of Orange, CT, and Sylvia Carr (Sivie) and husband Bob Jacklin of Cape Elizabeth; and her twin brother, John Carl Sodergren (Johnny) and wife, Eleanor, of Stockholm.
    Joyce has eight devoted grandchildren, Mark Charles, his wife Elizabeth, Whitney, Rhett, Shelby, Christopher, Romney Wadsworth, Van and Hayley Watson and future grandson-in-law, Chris White.
    She is also blessed with three great-grandsons, Lleyton, Mathew (twins) and Peter-Edwin Wadsworth. They called her “GG” for “Great Grand.”
    Auntie Joyce had nieces and nephews whom she adored; Kathy and Steven Moran, Graydon and Jaimie Sodergren, Eileene and Vince Scarpetta, Glen and Vernell Sodergren, Joyce and Charlie Lyman, Beverly and  Greg Wardwell, Cynthia Sodergren, Russell and Carol Sodergren, and Gregg Amundson.
    Great nieces and nephews, John, Jennie, Vince, Steven, Katie, Lena, Johnathon, Jackie, Anna and Susan. Great, great nieces and nephews, Kyle, Katelyne, Carlie, Kaden, Kristyn and Sammy.
    Our Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Friend and Auntie will live in our hearts forever.
    We will love you forever and ever and ever until the end of time… God bless all my little pumpkin heads.
    In lieu of flowers… buy yourself a rosebush and plant it at your home so our Mother’s memory will be forever in your heart.     Services were held at T.M. Ralph Plantation Funeral Home, 7001 NW 4 Street, Plantation, FL 33317. A memorial service will be held in Stockholm at a later date.
