FORT FAIRFIELD, Maine — Among the dozens of activities planned during the 10-day Maine Potato Blossom Festival, which runs through July 16 in Fort Fairfield, are concerts, games, fireworks and five beauty pageants. On July 11, animal lovers gathered for a pet show benefiting the Central Aroostook Humane Society.
