CARIBOU, Maine — The following case was heard in District Court at the Caribou Courthouse during May 2017.
Johnathan Agard, 35, Brooklyn, NY: rule violation, operation after disqualified, $500 fine.
Lindsay M. Porter, 30, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 72 hours in jail; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
