Aroostook County Superior Court cases (April & May 2017)

CARIBOU, Maine — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during April and May, 2017.

Howard C. Arbo, Jr., 42, Bradley: probation violation, 28 days in jail and probation partially revoked.

Micah G. Lawlor, 41, Merrill: probation violation, 50 days in jail and probation partially revoked.

Dennis M. King, 56, Houlton: probation violation and no sentence imposed.

Philip C. Sennett, 37, Houlton: probation violation, one year in prison and probation partially revoked.

Corey A. Alexander, 39, Linneus: probation violation, 90 days in jail and probation partially revoked.

Brandy Joan Pelkey, 39, Presque Isle: probation violation, probation partially revoked and no sentence imposed.

Breanna L. Pelletier, 22, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine and $550 restitution.

Amy L. Bouchard, 34, Caribou: probation violation, 16 months in prison and probation revoked.

Randy L. Levesque, 48, Blaine: criminal trespass, filed on $75 costs; violating condition of release, filed on $75 costs.

Kristiana M. McInnis, 26, Eddison, NJ: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, six days in jail (two counts).

Peter R. Castonguay, 46, Van Buren: probation violation, 90 days in jail and probation revoked.

Max McGuire, 37, Linneus: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, 30 days in prison all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation; assault, $300 fine, 30 days in jail; falsifying physical evidence, 30 days in jail.
