TOPS – week of February 21, 2018

TOPS met at the Aldergate Building, Kelleran Street, Houlton.

There were six TOPS and three KOPS members present. The loser of the week was Jean Merritt and the runners-up were Bett Wyman and Denise Clark. Good job, ladies.

The winner of the 50/50  and the Skinny Dish was Betty Wyman.

Cheryl Driscoll presented a program on the benefits of different kinds of tea. She talked about green tea, white tea, lemon balm tea, passion flower and rose hip, among others. Each of the teas have different health benefits. She then let us sample some of them. I loved the peppermint flavored and I will definitely have that again. Will also try the Rose Hip tea. I will let you know how I enjoyed that.

We meet every Friday and would welcome new members. Summer is coming (hopefully) and we will be getting our tans and lighter clothes out.

Come join us for support and the extra “oomph” we all need.
