STARR ELAINE MCADAM, HOULTON – Starr Elaine McAdam, 76, passed away on March 16, 2018, at Eastern Maine Medical Center. She was born on November 12, 1941, in Oakfield, the daughter of Alfred and Lena (Nason) Sanders.
She was employed at Great Northern Paper Mill in East Millinocket for several years, as well as working several other jobs.
She is survived by her children, Jesse Taylor and his wife, Lisa, of Medway, Faith McAdam and her husband, Brent, of Houlton, Kenny Knapp of Oakfield, and Evelyn Porter and her husband, Kenneth, of St. Petersburg, FL; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her sister, Viola Hersey of Oakfield; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; two sons, Joe and Jim Timoney; five brothers, and a sister.
