LAWRENCE W. DUBE, OAKFIELD – Lawrence W. Dube, 87, died March 20, 2018 in Houlton with his family by his side. He was born December 26, 1930 in Grand Isle, ME, the son of Edmund & Celina (Bourgoin) Dube.
He was a loving and kind father and grandfather and had a quick wit and wonderful sense of humor. He had a joke and a story for everyone he ever met. His presence could light up any room.
Lawrence is survived by his wife of 64 years, Katherine (Nickerson) Dube of Oakfield; Children: Kenneth Dube of Houlton and his children Melissa, Melinda, Amanda and Michael; Kathy A. Dube of Searsport and her children Krystal and Kristi; Marsha Dube of NH and her children Colby, Aaron and Taylor; and Michelle (Scott) Boutilier of Oakfield and daughter, Amaya as well as several great grandchildren, siblings, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and his grandson, Christopher.
