Saturn gets a face lift

Several members of the Mars Hill Rotary Club, along with friends, recently gave the grounds surrounding the planet Saturn, part of the Maine Solar System Model, some TLC.

Workers replaced plants and added mulch (nearly 60 bags’ worth) to freshen the site for summer visitors.

The club has been responsible for taking care of the site since it was installed, and Larry Fletcher has mowed the Saturn and Pluto sites weekly for years.
