PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — The Presque Isle Police Department is currently investigating a three-vehicle crash that occurred Wednesday evening on Parson Street in Presque Isle.

Officer Allen Jones stated on Thursday that none of the drivers’ names can be released yet due to the pending investigation, though all involved were transported to Northern Light A.R. Gould Hospital to be treated or examined for injuries that are not considered life threatening. He stated that the crash occurred after one driver struck the rear of the vehicle in front and the impact caused the forward vehicle to strike another in front of it.
