PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — The Wintergreen Arts Center will host its annual Artful Egg event on Saturday, April 13, 2019.
This is a special springtime event when the Center opens its doors for little ones to have a hoppin’ good time decorating eggs, playing games, creating crafts, and enjoying other themed activities.
Artful Egg enthusiasts are invited to choose from two sessions: 9:30 to 11 a.m., or 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost is $15 per child. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
“Artful Egg is always a wonderful event for our Wintergreen families, volunteers and staff,” said Kim Guerrette Michaud, chairman of Wintergreen’s Board of Directors.
“Everyone looks forward to a colorful sign that spring is coming. It is a great day, full of bright colors, creativity, smiles, and most of all, memories,” she added.
Refreshments will be served and there will be free face painting along with a special cupcake walk.
