OAKFIELD, Maine — On a frosty September morning, 15 members of the Oakfield Senior Citizens club enjoyed a delicious potluck luncheon at the Smoki-Haulers Snowmobile Club. Pumpkins and other fall place mats decorated the tables.

Wannetta Townsend was the 50/50 raffle winner and Jann Votaw won the drawing for the candy. Glad to welcome our leader Alberta back from a well-deserved vacation. All reports were read and accepted.

Upcoming events in the area were discussed, more info at our next meeting. Iona Nadeau read a tale about three men that went hunting. Come and join us when we meet again on Wednesday, Oct. 2.

Attending were: Marie Gillotti, Alberta McDonald, Don and Charlotte Marley, Bernice Campbell, Arlene Friel, George Barrow, Wannetta Townsend, Iona Nadeau, Kathleen Boutilier, Juanita Russell, Betty McGary, Earl and Lottie Doughty and Jann Votaw.
