CARIBOU, Maine — The Caribou Public Library Foundation, a nonprofit organization committed to serving the community of Caribou through the Caribou Public Library with literacy programs, local history, art and science programs, has been selected again as a beneficiary of the Hannaford Helps Reusable Bag program for the month of October.

This innovative program has been designed to support local nonprofits like the Caribou Public Library Foundation. For every $2.50 reusable Community bag purchased at the 114 High Street Hannaford store in Caribou, the Caribou Public Library Foundation will receive a $1 donation.

“We are so excited to have been selected as the recipients of this wonderful program,” said Caribou Public Library Director Hope Rumpca.
