HALLOWELL, Maine — The board of the Maine Justice Foundation recently announced its newly elected board members and officers.
Among the elected was retired Justice Warren M. Silver, formerly of Presque Isle and a graduate of Presque Isle High School.
Silver set up his law practice in Bangor in 1977. During his career, he has represented Stephen King, served on the Board of Governors of the Maine Trial Lawyers Association, and chaired the Maine Supreme Judicial Court’s Civil Rules Committee.
In addition, he was sworn in as the 106th Associate Justice of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court in July 2005.
