Caribou, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Caribou Courthouse during the month of April.

James O. Clark, 45, Washburn: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, 6 months in jail, $1,000 fine. 

James O. Clark, 45, Washburn: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, 6 months in jail.

James O. Clark, 45, Washburn: theft by unauthorized use of property, 6 months in jail; violating condition of release, 90 days in jail.  

James O. Clark, 45, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 3 years in jail all but 6 months suspended, 2 years probation, $4,747.02 restitution; burglary of motor vehicle, 6 months in jail.

Nosagie Igbinoba-Washington, 20, Caribou: domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail.

Todd Richard Albert Jr., 47, Washburn: domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 48 hours in jail.

Nosagie Igbinoba-Washington, 20, Caribou: domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail; violating condition of release, 90 days in jail; assault, 90 days in jail, $400 fine.  

Marissa Brown, 34, Hermon: operating unregistered snowmobile, $100 fine. 

Patrick M. Towle, 43, Caribou: violating snowmobile noise level, $100 fine.
