WASHBURN, Maine — Principal Larry Worcester, along with the staff of Washburn District High School, have announced Julian Echeverria as the Student of the Month for November.
Echeverria is a senior at Washburn District High school and the son of Trina Farley and Mitchell Knight.
He is a member of the Varsity Club as well as the baseball and cross country teams, and is known as a hardworking young man.
According to Ms. Jones, “Julian is taking a college-level psychology course and worked extremely hard on his essay. I was very proud of his effort, and how he went above and beyond to be sure he was doing everything right.”
Mr. Poisson and Mr. Hanson both attest to Echeverria’s leadership role as he is a great help and appreciated for his leadership role in their classes.
Often, he can be found putting in extra time in the weight room, or working in the woodworking club.
