At its recent District Annual meeting for Rotary District 7810, held virtually via Zoom, Tracy Rockwell who was the Houlton Club 100th President during the 2019/2020 Rotary year was honored and recognized for her contributions to Rotary and the community with a Paul Harris Fellowship.
Rockwell is a strong advocate for local community and participates in several events throughout the year. Her passion is literacy and she co-chairs the Houlton Club’s Literacy Committee.
