CARIBOU, Maine — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Caribou Courthouse in February.
Brooke L. Dinatale, 24, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail, $267.66 restitution, $250 fine.
Shannon L. Prestwook, 42, Connor Township: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drugs, 42 months in prison, $1,000 fine.
Cole Plourde, 26, Caribou: operating under the influence (alcohol), no test, 1 prior, 7 days in jail, license suspended for 3 years, registration suspended, $700 fine.
Michael A. Paddleford, 44, Caribou: domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.
Kaleb Joseph Corriveau, 25, Mars Hill: criminal mischief, filed without costs.
Tyler Berthiaume, 25, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 3 days in jail, $600 fine; criminal trespass, $300 fine.
Kimar J. Smith, 34, Presque Isle: motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, $500 fine.
Tyler Berthiaume, 25, Caribou: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
Tyler Berthiaume, 25, Caribou: domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail, all but 48 hours suspended, 2 years probation; violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Amber R. Hallett, 28, Ludlow: failure to give correct name, address or date of birth, $250 fine; operating vehicle without license, $150 fine; violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Scott J. Pelletier, 31, Limestone: criminal trespass, 90 days in jail; violating condition of release, 90 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 90 days in jail, $400 fine; trafficking in prison contraband, dismissed; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder, dismissed.
Jeremy R. Fisher, 41, Rowley, Massachusetts: hunting or possession of moose without permit, $500 fine, $250 suspended.
Craig L. Yates, 44, Washburn: domestic violence assault, 364 days in prison, all but 40 days suspended, 2 years probation; domestic violence terrorizing, 40 days in prison, all 40 days suspended, 2 years probation.
Paul L. McEwen, 52, Caribou: failure to stop, provide information, filed on $150 costs.
