Larrabee earns master technician status

HOULTON, Maine — Kyle Larrabee has earned certification as a Ford Senior Master Technician. The distinction is the highest technical training achievement in the Ford division.

 

Larrabee has been a technician with York’s of Houlton since 2015. In that time, he has completed over 550 hours of Ford coursework and classroom training. In the entire Boston Region, there are only 336 other senior masters, including Larrabee.

 

He is a 2003 graduate of Central Aroostook High School and a 2008 graduate of Porter and Chester Institute of Technology in Hampden, Connecticut where he graduated with a degree in auto tech. 

 

Larrabee worked at Whited Ford in Presque Isle prior to his tenure at York’s of Houlton. He lives in Blaine with his wife Dawn and their two children Jensen and Kensleigh. He is a 17-year veteran of the Mars Hill Fire Department and coaches for the Big Rock Youth Ski League. In his spare time, Larrabee enjoys playing golf, hunting and watching both football and baseball.
