There will be a virtual meeting of the Southern Aroostook Local Working Group at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 13. The meeting will be hosted by the Southern Aroostook SWCD and the public is encouraged to participate.
Local working groups provide input to the USDA-NRCS District Conservationist on local natural resource priorities and criteria for conservation activities and programs funded under the USDA Farm Bill. Topics of discussion will include prioritizing resource concerns for Southern Aroostook for Fiscal Year 2023.
