HOULTON: Putnam House Senior Center, open 9 a.m.-2 p.m.

PRESQUE ISLE: The University of Maine at Presque Isle’s Employer U program will host Stacee DeLisle, LCPC, Aroostook Mental Health Center, for a workshop “Budget Cuts, Staffing Shortages, and Other Disasters” via Zoom and live in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Campus Center, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This workshop will focus on workplace mental health in times of crisis or change. All are invited to attend this free event. A free lunch will be available for up to 50 people who attend on campus. Anyone attending will be required to wear a face covering and either be fully vaccinated or have a negative COVID test within 72 hours.
