CARIBOU, Maine – The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Caribou Courthouse during the month of February.
Aaron C. Dyer, 36, Presque Isle: Unlawful possession of heroin, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, $500 fine.
Shawna Lapointe-Cormier, 27, Caribou: Burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, $400 suspended.
Jerald Scheurwater, 24, Caribou: Aggravated assault, 18 years in prison all but six years suspended, six years probation; domestic violence terrorizing, two years in prison; obstructing report of a crime, six months in jail.
Izaiah Thayer, 21, Caribou: Operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.
Byran Ouellette, 31, Caribou: Domestic violence assault, 30 months in prison all but six months suspended, three years probation; domestic violence terrorizing, six months in jail; refusing to submit to arrest, physical force, 90 days in jail.
Jose Rosado, 44, Van Buren: Unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, (two counts), dismissed (both counts); unlawful possession of methamphetamine (two counts), dismissed (both counts); criminal forfeiture of property, dismissed.
Christopher A. Tracy, 32, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.
Bryan R. Ouellette, 31, Caribou: Harassment by telephone, 14 days in jail; violating condition of release, $250 fine, seven days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest, physical force, two days in jail.
Izaiah Thayer, 21, Caribou: Violating condition of release, $150 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.
Bryan R. Ouellette, 31, Violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; refusing to submit arrest, refusing to stop, 30 days in jail.

Andrew Mcafee, 54, Littleton: Theft by unauthorized taking or transfer; four years in prison, all suspended, three years probation, $13,050.50 restitution; theft by deception, dismissed.
Shawn M. Gagnon, 25, Washburn: Assault, (two counts), 84 days in jail (each count); criminal mischief, 84 days in jail, $867.92 restitution.
Kassandra D. Castonguay, 29, Woodland: Hindering apprehension or prosecution, dismissed; obstructing government administration, $200 fine.
Destinee Berz, 23, Caribou: Hindering apprehension or prosecution, dismissed; obstructing government administration, $200 fine.
