Ribbon cutting at Safe Harbor

The Central Aroostook Chamber of Commerce recently hosted a ribbon cutting at The Northern Lighthouse’s Safe Harbor Shelter in Mars Hill. The shelter will serve youth from Aroostook County and elsewhere in Maine.
