Tonight, partly cloudy skies and lighter winds with partly sunny skies across the area Thursday as an upper trough circulating around the low in eastern Canada moves across the region. Gusty west winds are expected once again. Mostly clear skies Thursday night give way to partly sunny skies by Friday afternoon as another upper-level trough slides across the Saint John Valley.
