PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — The County Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotions of several long-time staff: Dennis Rogeski, Tess Greene and Carla Cambridge.

Rogeski was promoted to vice president of lending. He has been with The County for 10 years, beginning as an indirect loan officer. He was promoted to retail services manager, Northern Region, in 2022 and assistant vice president of retail services in early 2024. An Air Force veteran, he received the Army Commendation Medal, which led to the Airman of the Year Award in 2007 for service in Afghanistan.

“I am honored to be promoted to vice president of lending at The County,” said Rogeski. “Providing loans is a key part of the ‘people helping people’ movement and a tool that we rely on to fulfill our member promise. I am excited for the opportunity to lead the lending team as we work hard to offer best-in-class products and services for our members and communities.”

“We are very proud of what Dennis has accomplished here at The County,” said James Mattila, COO at The County. “His dedication and expertise are exactly what we need to help take us into the next chapter of growth in our story. Dennis’s dedication to the credit union motto of ‘people helping people’ and putting members first is evident in his daily actions. This trait pairs perfectly with his new role, ensuring that his member-first focus benefits our membership and organization alike.”

Greene was promoted to assistant vice president – branch manager of Old Town. Greene began her career at United Bank in 1991 and worked there until transitioning to Advanced Payroll Plus in 1997. She joined Bangor Savings Bank in 2003 and remained there until 2012 when she joined Penobscot County Federal Credit Union as a branch manager. When The County Federal Credit Union merged with Penobscot County FCU, Greene continued as a branch manager for The County. She has been a branch manager of each of the southern branches, Bangor, Howland and Old Town, sharing her experience with her coworkers over the years.

“Helping members reach their financial goals has been the most rewarding aspect of my career at The County Federal Credit Union,” said Greene. “So often, I have members come back to me to thank me for helping them reach their homeownership & overall financial goals. When this happens, it makes all my efforts worthwhile & truly makes my heart sing.”

“Tess’s strong work ethic and determination make her an invaluable asset to our team,” said Dana Sibley, Regional AVP of Retail Services. “Her unwavering commitment and the positive impact she has on our organization make a difference to our members and staff every day!”

Cambridge was promoted to assistant vice president – branch manager of Presque Isle. Cambridge has been in finance and risk assessment for 25 years. During this span she has been a banking officer, an underwriter in property and casualty insurance, and a residential mortgage loan manager. She joined The County in 2014 as the assistant branch manager and loan officer in Presque Isle.

“I am humbled and honored to become an assistant vice president for The County,” said Cambridge. “In this role, I will continue to manage the Presque Isle branch and lead an amazing group of people. I appreciate the support and confidence the management team has shown in me and their contributions to my growth and professional development.”

“Carla’s professionalism and commitment to our members is outstanding,” said Dan Bagley, executive vice president. “We value the strengths she brings to the credit union.”
