3-Day Outlook: Wed. Oct. 2 – Fri. Oct. 4

High pressure over the Maritimes will keep partly sunny skies across the Saint John Valley today. An approaching cold front will bring mostly cloudy skies with a slight chance of precipitation tonight. Patchy fog is possible overnight once again. Partly sunny skies are expected Thursday as the occluding cold front crosses the SJV with little, if any, precipitation expected. Partly cloudy skies overspread the region Thursday night into Friday morning with patchy fog possible once again. Partly sunny skies are expected Friday with a slight chance of afternoon showers as a stronger cold front approaches the area.

Today: Partly sunny this morning, then becoming mostly cloudy. Patchy fog this morning. Highs around 60. South winds 5 to 10 mph.

4-7 Day Outlook: Sat. Oct. 5 – Tu. Oct. 8

A cold front and wave of low pressure look to cross the region Saturday with rain likely in the morning hours. Rain tapers to showers behind the front later Saturday afternoon into the evening. A slight chance of showers remains overnight. High pressure briefly builds across the SJV Sunday followed by increased cloudiness and a chance of showers/rain Monday as another cold front and embedded low pressure crosses the region with rain likely Monday night into Tuesday morning. A chance of rain remains across the region Tuesday before tapering to showers Tuesday afternoon/evening. High pressure then builds in from the Ohio Valley.
