
The Miss Presque Isle pageants had 19 contestants grace the stage at Presque Isle Middle School on April 6.
The Presque Isle Elks Ladies Auxiliary sponsored this year’s pageant. Six young ladies were crowned Sunday afternoon under the direction of Heidi Estabrook and co-director Casey Estabrook.
Reigning 2024 queens who passed on their titles included Mini Miss Raylynn Kinney, Little Miss Anna O’Brien, Pre-Teen Miss Carrigan King, Junior Miss Addisyn Markey, Teen Miss Johanna Cote and Miss Presque Isle Bobbi Guerrette.
During their reigns, the 2024 queens collectively volunteered 635 hours and raised more than $17,600 in cash and wish list supplies that benefited multiple nonprofit agencies in Aroostook County.
2025 titles were awarded to Mini Miss Alaina Barclay, Little Miss Rosie Supa, Pre-Teen Miss Anna Supa, Junior Miss Natalie Putnam, Teen Miss Sara Cassidy and Miss Presque Isle Maggee Currie. Three of these young ladies will be preparing for the upcoming Maine Potato Queen pageant in July.
Also placing in the afternoon were the first runners-up: Little Miss Jorie Stickney, Pre-Teen Juliette Vazquez, Junior Miss Aliyah Saucier, Teen Miss Brigid Schupbach, Miss Alayzia Johnson. Second runner-up in the Little Miss contest was Paisley Fulton.
Bobbi Guerrette received the third annual Positive Impact Award for her involvement in the community during her reign. She logged 328 hours volunteering throughout Aroostook County.
Other awards included: People’s Choice Award, Alaina Barclay; Congeniality Award, Elizabeth Corey; high ticket sales, Alaina Barclay and Maggee Currie; Sponsor Award, Sara Cassidy; Directors Choice, Grace Larrabee; and the Extra Mile Award to Bradley Kinney for going above and beyond for the 2024 queens throughout their reigns.
